(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Upon the notice being issued, the corpus namely Tejal, wife of the petitioner, is brought to the Court by her brother and parents. She has, in presence of her brother, who is an advocate, clearly stated that she has wedded to the petitioner and she wants to return to her matrimonial home. There is no dispute about the facts that she is an adult and she has legally married to the petitioner. Therefore, she is permitted to be taken to his home by the petitioner. Learned advocate Mr.Bharat K. Sarvaiya, brother of the corpus, has assured the Court that there will be no harassment of the petitioner or his wife and their daughter by or at the instance of the parents or brother of the corpus. Accordingly, no further order being required, the petition is disposed subject to above observations and Rule is discharged with no order as to costs.
