1. The present Civil Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been preferred by the applicants-original defendants to condone the delay of 252 days in preferring the Second Appeal.
2. Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and considering the averments made in the application in support of the prayer to condone the delay, more particularly, paragraph nos. 3, 4 and 5, it appears that sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay. Hence, the delay caused in preferring the Second Appeal is hereby condoned.
3. With this, the present application is allowed. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
4. Registry is directed to notify the main Second Appeal for admission hearing on 02/07/2012.
