1. By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has prayed for an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court No. 8, Ahmedabad to finally decide and dispose of Miscellaneous Application No. 465/2011.
2. It is reported that the future of the daughter of the petitioner is at stake as admissions in medical and engineering colleges are to begin from 21/05/2012. It is reported that final arguments are already concluded on 09/05/2012.
3. Under the circumstances and in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court No. 8, Ahmedabad is requested to finally decide and dispose of Miscellaneous Application o. 465/2011 at the earliest and preferably within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the order in accordance with law and on its own merits for which this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits in favour of the petitioner.
4. With this, the present Special Civil Application is disposed of.
