JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.Apurva Kapadia, learned advocate for Mr.Jayprakash Umot for the petitioners.
Issue notice, returnable on 3-5-2012. In addition to the normal mode of service, direct service is also permitted.
It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that the huts of the petitioners may be demolished before the returnable date.
The petitioners are at liberty to move the Court before the returnable date, in case of difficulty.
