JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned advocate for the applicant. He submits that after the award under Section 12 of the Land Acquisition Act was passed, the entire amount of compensation was paid to the present petitioner only and the respondents have not raised any grievance before the acquiring body.
Notice for final disposal returnable on 15.1.2013. In the meanwhile, interim relief in terms of paragraph 9(B) till then. Direct service is permitted.
