From the record it transpires that present petitioners, original plaintiffs have come with specific case that original plaintiffs are in possession of the suit property and so on the basis of only entry made in the revenue record, it could not be said that defendants are in possession of the suit property.
In view of above, Notice and Notice as to interim relief returnable on 27.12.2012.
