Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for a direction to second respondent i.e. Director General, National Cadet Core Directorate, Ashok Marg, Lucknow to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2017 with a prayer to send him on training for National Cadet Core.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the second respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
