The sole submission of the counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate 9, Kanpur Nagar to hear and decide the Civil Suit No. 627/2003 (Baldev Singh Vs. Gyani), which is pending.
Having heard the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of by directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate 9, Kanpur Nagar to hear and decide the Civil Suit No. 627/2003 (Baldev Singh Vs. Gyani) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
