Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
By means of present application, applicants have challenged the order dated 18.08.2017 issuing non- bailable warrants against them.
Earlier, against the said order, applicants have already filed an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No.26789 of 2017, which has been dismissed for non prosecution vide order dated 13.05.2019.
In view of the above, present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed.
