This application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad, to decide the applications dated 19.4.2021 an 8.5.2021 filed in Criminal Case No. 4318 of 2021 (State Vs. Gurudev Singh and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 119 of 2021, under Section 406, 34, 411, 413 I.P.C. and Section 60/63/68 U.P. Excise Act, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Moradabad, as expeditiously as possible within stipulated time.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the averments as contained in the present application, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad, to decide the applications dated 19.4.2021 and 8.5.2021 filed in Criminal Case No. 4318 of 2021 (State Vs. Gurudev Singh and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 119 of 2021, under Section 406, 34, 411, 413 I.P.C. and Section 60/63/68 U.P. Excise Act, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Moradabad, most expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if possible within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified/downloaded copy of this order before it.
