Mr Kunal Ravi Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, does not press this writ petition and seeks direction to the revisional authority to consider and decide the petitioners' revision dated 1.6.2017 filed under Section 27 (3) of the Uttar Pradesh (Promotion of Construction, Ownership & Maintenance) Act, 2010 within time frame.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The revisional authority is directed to decide the revision filed by the petitioners, as aforementioned, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order, on merits, in accordance with law. It is needless to mention that the revisional authority shall issue notice, if not issued already, to all concerned before deciding the revision on merits. It is made clear that this Court has not examined merits of the case.
