The only relief pressed by the petitioner in this petition is that a direction may be issued to respondent No.1 to decide the S.C.C. Suit No.32 of 2013 (Balbir Sharan Goyal vs. Surendra Nath Gargh), within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
