The petitioners on the basis of inheritance had prayed that their names may be mutated in the revenue records after the death of their father late Murari. In this regard an application has been filed before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Moradabad, District Moradabad on 15.07.2018.
The application filed on 15.07.2018 be considered by the Sub- Divisional Officer Moradabad, District Moradabad as an application for mutation. It shall be decided within a period of three months after giving a regular number to the application.
The writ petition is disposed of.
