JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 59
Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 3199 of 2018 Applicant :- Balbeer Singh Chandel Opposite Party :- Mahendra Nath Counsel for Applicant :- Vijay Kumar Ojha
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This petition alleges disobedience of two interim orders of protection passed in a pending writ petition. By the first order, the Court had directed that the applicants should not be relieved. By the second order, the Court further provided that the applicants shall be allowed to continue in the respective institutions where they were working prior to the passing of the order impugned.
The allegation which is made in this petition is that on 4/5 May 2018, although the applicant affixed his signature on the attendance register, the same was scored off by the opposite party. It is further averred by the applicant in paragraph 21 that the opposite party is not permitting the applicant to put his signatures over the attendance register. The Court on the basis of these disputed issues finds no cause to initiate proceedings in contempt.
The petition is consequently dismissed.
