ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for certiorari to quash order in Appeal No.F2/1587/2008 dated 12-10-2010 of respondent No.2, confirming order dated 30-11-2007 in File No.A1/2132/2007 of respondent No.3.
At the hearing, it is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that against the impugned orders, a revision under Section 91 of the A.P. (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 lies to this Court.
In view of the availability of the said alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition for adjudication on merits. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy of revision.
The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of order dated 12-10-2010 of respondent No.2 to enable the petitioners to file a revision petition.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.46797/2013 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
