The petition is admitted for hearing.
2. In this petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 29.01.2018 passed by the respondent No.2.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the period of lease which has been cancelled by the impugned order, has expired by efflux of time.
4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
