This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the electric poles erected in the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.454/8B, situates at Panthalgudi Road, Ramasamipuram, Aruppukkottai, Virudhunagar District, for the commercial purpose of the respondents 4 to 5.

3.It is fairly submitted on the side of the respondents that the prayer of the petitioner would be considered by the District Collector, Virudhunagar.
4.Recording the same, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the District Collector, Virudhunagar with proper representation and on filing the same, the District Collector, Virudhunagar shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on its own merit and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks thereafter. No costs.
