2 O R D E R Sri Sachin B.S., learned counsel for petitioner.
2. In this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia has assailed the validity of the order dated 21.06.2016, by which the tenders were invited for a period of 11 months to run the canteen. A bench of this Court by an ad-interim order dated 08.08.2016 had directed the respondent not to finalize the tender process.
3. Admittedly, during the pendency of the writ petition, the period for which the tenders were invited has come to an end by efflux of time. Therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
