Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel appears for the respondents.
It is stated that a CC road upto the house of Balak Ram-the petitioner was sanctioned in Dr. Ambedkar Village Awashergarh, District Barabanki.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the road has been diverted at the instance of a private individual, and that the sanctioned plan is being changed.
The petitioner has already made a representation to the District Magistrate for redressal of his grievance on 30.12.2009.
Looking into the nature of the prayers made in the writ petition, we find that the petitioner's grievance can be redressed by the District Magistrate, Barabanki after looking into the records.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Barabanki to decide petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2009 as expeditiously as possible preferably within three week's from the date a certified copy of the order is produced before him. If the District Magistrate finds it appropriate, he may stop the constructions of the road till the decision of the representation.
