By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of First Appellate Authority whereby the First Appellate Authority has refused to grant stay order or rather has rejected the stay application.
Petitioner apprehended that during this period, if any third party rights are created, there may be some problem.
Without going into merits of this matter, the petitioner whose appeal is pending before Appellate Authority without being influenced by earlier rejection of stay order and or this order may decide the appeal on or before 30th September, 2018.
It goes without saying that during this period, if any third party rights are created, the same shall be subject to result of appellate order.
With these observations, this appeal is disposed of.
