Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to modify the condition of each petitioner/accused should deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- in Crime No.140 of 2017 of Koovathur Police Station before the District cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram in C.M.P.No.1721 of 2017, dated 25.05.2017, passed by the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to financial inability, the petitioners could not comply with the conditions of bail order dated 25.05.2017 and hence still they are in jail. Further the petitioners are the breadwinners of their family and prayed for modification of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners were arrested for illegal transportation of sand in three bullock carts.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition of deposit is modified and the petitioners shall deposit Rs.2000/- each to the credit of Crime No.140/2017 of Koovathur Police Station before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram, at the time of execution of bail bond and Time granted for executing the order dated 25.05.2017 will stand further extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Crl.O.P., is disposed of with the above direction.
