[1] Heard learned advocates for the respective parties. It is submitted by learned advocate for the respondent herein - New India Assurance Company that the respondent has already deposited entire decreetal amount with proportionate costs and interest i.e. Rs.7,28,586/-with the Trial Court.
[2] The Trial Court is directed to invest the amount deposited by respondent herein - New India Assurance Company by way of fixed deposit with any nationalized bank in the name of Nazir of concerned Court initially for a period of three years. The applicant - original claimant is entitled to get periodical interest on the aforesaid amount.
[3] In view of above, Civil Application is disposed of.
