JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. This application has been sent through jail for releasing the applicant on parole.
2. It appears that the incident of murder took place in 2010 and the prisoner was arrested on 23-4-2010. He is convicted by the Sessions Court in serious offence. Considering these facts, his application has been rightly rejected by the District Magistrate. Since there is no reason to interfere, this application is rejected.
