This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to decide the lawful claim of the petitioner in pursuance of the report dated 11.11.2019 submitted by the respondent no. 4 to the respondent no. 3 within a stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority in respect of his grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within a stipulated period.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.C. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 4 and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3, Additional District Magistrate ventilating his grievances within four weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavour to consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
