Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Ashish Gupta, learned counsel for the first informant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Applicants- Bala Devi & Jagdish Prasad seek anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 313 of 2021, under Sections 307 and 498A IPC, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Saharanpur.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicants are ready to surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail and the co-accused Vikas has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court being Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 35225 of 2021 vide order dated 23.09.2021.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicants appear/surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
