1. Heard Sri Dhan Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri Hemant Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 and; learned Standing Counsel.
2. While learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 disputes the existence of master servant relationship between the petitioner and the respondent no.3, it is undisputed that the petitioner has filed a complaint for payment of minimum wages before the prescribed authority (respondent no.2) under the Minimum Wages Act, which is stated to be pending since 27.06.2016.
3. Without entering the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the aforesaid complaint of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
