Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri R.C. Upadhyay has accepted notice on behalf of the Gaon Sabha.
Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No. 15, Azamgarh to decide Application No. 67Ga 2 and the survey ameen may be directed to produce the report and map in respect of Plots no. 625 and 626 in compliance of its own order dated 22.3.2012 at an early date, within a stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No. 15, Azamgarh to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid application and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months, provided there is no legal impediment and no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of.
