This application is filed by the applicant praying for modification of conditions no.3(e) and (f) of order dated 18.10.2007 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.11414 of 2007.
Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP for the State.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and averments made in the application, this application is partly allowed. Condition No.3(e) of the order dated 18.10.2007 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.11414 of 2007 is hereby modified to the following extent:
"3(e) Not leave India without prior permission of the concerned Sessions Judge."
Condition no.3(f) is hereby deleted.
Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
