2. That, the applicant, a life convict, seeks temporary bail on the ground that a house is to be constructed for his family and that no other person is available in the family to take care and/or construct the house.

3. In the past, the applicant was granted furlough in the Month of April for a period of 14 days and further, no particular is provided about his family members and the requirement of construction of a new house. Hence, the application is rejected.
