Sri Nipun Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners states that during the pendency of the instant petition, some fresh order has been passed and, therefore, the instant petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition. He further states that he has already taken consent of learned counsel for the respondents for getting the instant petition dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of his statement, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioners.
