Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Nisheeth Yadav for the fifth respondent and the learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Learned Standing Counsel representing the third respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the grievance of the petitioner with regard to State Level awards shall be duly evaluated and a decision thereon communicated with expedition.
