Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The applicants are in jail since 25.4.2010 in connection with an offence under Section 18/20 N.D.P.S. Act. 40 Kilograms Doda Powder is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicants. Recovery is less than commercial quantity. According to the learned A.G.A. there is no criminal history of the applicants regarding offence under the N.D.P.S. Act.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on merits, bail application is allowed.
Let the applicants Baker Ali and Satendra involved in Case Crime No. 142 of 2010 under Section 18/20, N.D.P.S. Act, P.S. Refinery, District Mathura be released on bail on executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
