Sri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel appears for the respondent No.2-Gaon Sabha.
The revision was instituted in the year 2020. At this stage, no good cause is made out to issue a direction upon the respondents for prioritizing the hearing of the revision over other matters pending before the learned court below.
Faced with this, Sri Bhanu Prakash Tiwari, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Ram Mani Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the relief sought in the writ petition. He recasts his prayer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the learned court below for appropriate relief.
It is always open to the petitioner to approach the learned court below for expediting the hearing of the revision.
In case the petitioner files the revision before the learned court below, the same shall be decided by the learned court below in accordance with law and as per its roster.
The writ petition is finally disposed of.
