Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
By this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail on the ground that he wants to make necessary arrangement for mutation of the ancestral property.
In our view, the ground is not such, where the presence of the applicant - convict can be said as indispensable. It is directed that the jail authority has to facilitate the necessary paper work for the applicant - convict.
With the above observations and directions, the application stands disposed of. Rule discharged.
