Heard Mr.Desai, learned advocate for the applicant, Mr.Raval, learned APP for respondents No.1 to 4 and Mr.Parmar, learned advocate for respondent No.5. Mr.Raval, learned APP for the respondent - State, upon instructions being received from DJ Vaghela, PSI, Kadi police station states that if the applicant keeps himself present on any day to Kadi police station, his FIR will be registered. Upon such statement being made, Mr.Desai, learned advocate for the applicant states that the applicant shall remain present on 27.3.2012 at 11 a.m. onwards at Kadi police station, Kadi.
Upon such statement being made, the communication dated 18.5.2011 shall not now survive and the applicant shall remain present at Kadi police station on 27.3.2012 as submitted by Mr.Desai, learned advocate for the applicant and the concerned police officer shall complete necessary formality regarding registration of the FIR on the same date. The application, therefore, stands disposed of as cause now does not survive.
