Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the financial approval to the appointment of the petitioner on the post of assistant teacher in the respondent no.4 institution is not being granted by the respondent no.2, although, the petitioner has joined on 7.2.2018.
Sri Mrigraj Singh, learned Counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 states that the petitioner has never been appointed lawfully. The allegation of appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher is based on manipulation and, therefore, no salary is admissible to the petitioner from the State exchequer.
Be that as it may, the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 30.5.2018 before the respondent no.2, which is stated to be pending. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 30.5.2018, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the claim of the petitioner.
