Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State - respondent nos 1,2 and 3.
The limited relief prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is for a direction to the sub divisional Magistrate, Sadar, District Azamgarh, respondent no.3 to take appropriate decision on the application of the petitioner dated 21st February, 2019 (Annexure 4 to the writ petition) within a fixed time frame.
On the aforesaid prayer, learned standing counsel has no objection.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.3 to examine the application of the petitioner dated 21.2.2019 and take a final decision in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
