Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to private respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to second respondent to decide the application dated 29.2.2016 filed by the father of the petitioner under Section 24 of Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation of arazi in question within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to second respondent to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned.
