1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel who appears on behalf of the respondent No. 2.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved due to non payment of his provident fund dues by the respondent No. 3 to him.
3. The petitioner has worked as Cadre Secretary. He retired on 30th of June, 2011. He has made repeated representations. Last such representation was made by the petitioner on 15.11.2017 to the respondent No. 2. This representation is still lying undisposed off.
4. Without entering into the merits of the controversy the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
