In view of the averments made in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of para 4 (A) & (B ).

The impugned award dated 19.10.2011 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.), Morbi is stayed on condition that the applicant deposits the amount awarded by the Tribunal along with interest and costs with the Registry of the Tribunal. The order dated 21.02.2012 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 2008 of 2012 is modified accordingly.
