JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the opponents are held equally negligent for the accident and ordered to pay the amount of compensation to the applicant jointly and severally and, accordingly, the petitioner deposited Rs.54,321/-. In spite of the above, by the impugned order dated 23.8.2012, jungum warrant was issued.
Notice returnable on 15.10.2012.
The order dated 23.8.2012 is stayed qua the petitioner.
