This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against the appellate order passed by the Excise Authority. The order is revisable under the Act itself. We leave it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the statutory remedy available to him under the Act. We are not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
