Ms. Bhatt learned advocate for the appellant states that vide order dated 29.03.2012 in Civil Application- For Fresh Notice No.3956/2012, this Court directed to issue fresh Notice, by way of substitute service qua the unserved respondents. It is submitted that now the appellant will take direct service for the substituted service as ordered by this Court under Order V Rule XX of the Code of Civil Procedure. Fresh Notice to unserved respondent no.6 by substitute service under Order V Rule XX of the C.P.C. returnable on 18th September 2012. Direct service is permitted.
