JUDGMENT:
This civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of order dated 10.01.2013 in W.C.No.203 of 2011 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees’ Compensation and Deputy Commissioner of Labour-I, Hyderabad.
A perusal of the record shows that the dispute was referred to the Lok Adalat and the same was disposed of by award dated 20.11.2013.
The said award is accordingly placed on record and the civil miscellaneous appeal is closed, as no further adjudication of the same is necessary.
As a sequel to closure of the civil miscellaneous appeal, interim order dated 15.04.2013 is vacated and C.M.A.M.P.No.768 of 2013 shall stand disposed of infructuous.
