JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of the University to allow him to sit for the LL.B. 4th semester examination. Admittedly, the petitioner has shortage of 4.91% of attendance which, according to him, is due to medical reasons. Petitioner has made an application for condonation of shortage of attendance as per Exts.P1 and P3 and the same is pending consideration before the Vice Chancellor. It is submitted that Ext.P1 application has been forwarded by the Head of the Department of the College in which he is studying. In such circumstances, the petitioner shall be permitted to sit for the examination provisionally, subject however to the result of the condonation of shortage of attendance filed before the Vice Chancellor.
Writ petition is disposed off.
K. Vinod Chandran, Judge.
