The applicant is an accused in Case Crime No. 383 of 2014 (S.T. No. 68 of 2014), under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Purandarpur, District Maharajganj.
I have perused the first information report and the material on the record.
In the first information report the applicant has been named as main accused. The allegation against him is that he has murdered Gyanti, daughter of Rajendra Chaudhary, and her elder brother Nirmal.
Having regard to the allegations against the applicant and the post-mortem report, it appears to be a case of brutal murder. In view of the above, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
