The petitioner is aggrieved with the denial of promotion to the post of Internal Auditor. The petitioner specifically challenges Ext.P10 order rejecting his claim for such promotion and the 4th respondent's promotion to such post. Inter se seniority disputes will have to be resolved before the Arbitration Court under Section 69(2)(d) of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969. In such circumstances, leaving open the remedies of the petitioner to agitate the cause projected herein before the Arbitration Court, discretion is declined under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition stands dismissed, reserving such liberty. Sd/-
