JUDGMENT / ORDER

Exts.P1, P7, P12 and P16 are the assessment orders passed against the petitioner for the years 2009-2010 and 2010 - 2011 under the KGST Act and the KVAT Act. Against these orders, petitioner filed Exts.P2 and P8 appeals under the KGST Act, along with Exts.P3 and P9 stay petitions before the 1st respondent. Exts.P13 and P17 appeals have been filed under the KVAT Act along with Exts. P14 and P18 stay petitions before the 4th respondent. 2. During the pendency of appeals and stay petitions, coercive proceedings have been initiated as per Exts.P4, P10, P15 and P19. It is in this context, the writ petition has been filed.
3. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the appellate authority, the 1st respondent and 4th respondent shall dispose of W.P.(C) No.15207/2014 2 Exts.P3, P9, P14 and P18 stay applications within a period of one month from today and the coercive proceedings be stayed until such orders are passed, which order shall determine the matter thereafter.
Writ petition disposed of.
