JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner claims to be a devotee, raised a complaint before the 2nd respondent by Ext.P2. According to the petitioner, a Government servant will not be entitled to take part or become an office bearer of any communal or religious organisation or of such trust, society or its subsidiary organisations and the 4th respondent is being a Government servant working in Sub Treasury, Chavara cannot hold the office of Oachira Parabrahma Temple. The petitioner has approached this Court on account of non consideration of Ext.P2. In view of Ext.P2, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P2 after hearing the petitioner and the 4th respondent within a period of six weeks.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
