1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Shri Vimlesh Kumar Rai, learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3.
2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a grievance that he has retired on 31.03.2017 from the post of Peon from the office of Respondent No. 3. No Dues Certificate was also given to him on 20.03.2017 and he has completed all formalities, but till date his arrears of Dearness Allowance, Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc. have not been paid to him. He has already made a representation dated 18.04.2018 enumerating the dues which remained pending.
4. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. If any payment is found due, the same shall be ensured to be paid within a period of one month thereafter.
